What imbarazz is
imbarazz is a free civic reporting tool for the Maltese islands. It is not affiliated with any government body or authority.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Submit false or misleading reports
- Upload offensive or unrelated photos
- Use the app to target or harass individuals
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
- Submit reports outside Malta and Gozo
Your content
By submitting a report you confirm you have the right to use the photo and grant imbarazz the right to display it publicly on the map.
No guarantee of action
imbarazz routes dump reports to authorities but cannot guarantee any authority will act on a report or within any specific timeframe.
Limitation of liability
imbarazz is provided free of charge and as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, imbarazz and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any report that violates these terms. Repeated abuse may result in your device being blocked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
